We offer booking of tickets for theatre performances, concerts and other cultural events on-line which you can pay for with your bank card (Visa, MasterCard). Since its introduction, this service has gained great popularity. We have now introduced a further enhancement – upon request, you can have tickets delivered to your hotel in Prague or pick them up in our office in the city centre. We offer for some of performances ( Black Light Theatres) E-Tickets which we send by email immeadiately.
The procedure is simple - choose performance date, indicate number of tickets, and fill in your details and contact information. The last step to complete the order successfully is submitting your bank card details. We use the EV SSL (Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer)international security protocol to protect your data against possible misuse (all information transferred over the Internet is encrypted). We will confirm the booking of tickets by e-mail within 24 hours after you send the booking.
The payment for your tickets will be confirmed and credited immediately. It is not possible to cancel the tickets that have been already ordered.

Besides the Czech Philharmonic and the National Gallery, the National Theatre in Prague is one of the Czech cultural institutions with a rich artistic tradition created and kept alive by foremost personalities of the Czech cultural life. This tradition helped to preserve and maintain what is most significant to thatnation: the Czech language as well as Czech theatrical and musical sensibility and thinking.
The National Theatre's eminence is shaped today by its three artistic ensembles - opera, ballet and drama which alternate performances in the historical building of National Theatre, in the Theatre of the Estates (Stavovské divadlo) and in the Kolowrat Theatre.
All three artistic companies select their repertoire not only from a varied classical legacy, but in addition to Czech authors, they also stage works by top contemporary theatrical personages.
For this concert are valid the following payment and cancellation conditions: Payment for tickets has to be made immediately after your order. Immediately then the confirmation will be sent to you together with the reservation number. Tickets will be delivered to the front desk of your hotel in Prague or ready for pickup in our office in Old Town Prague. Your purchased tickets will unfortunately not be able to repay and cancel the payment.
In the case of a request for sending the tickets by to your address, they will be send by selected transportation. The shipment is insured by our company.
