Description
One of the most beautiful towns in the Czech Republic, situated on the river Vltava. A unique continously built-up area of late Gothic end Renaissance houses. The dominanting feature of the town is a castle which was founded as early as the 13th century, the present outlook is the result of a reconstruction in the 17th century. A unique sight is the castle theatre from the 18th century. The town Český Krumlov is by right a cultural heritage site entered in the UNESCO list.
