The house of art nouveau is a national monument of culture and was built in 1913 in the historical centre of Prague on the bank of the river Vltava between the National Theatre and High Castle (Vysehrad). In the immediate neighbourhood are the stations of the tram and metro. The position here is ideal because of the easy entrance to historical monuments and cultural buildings in Prague. In front of Residence STANDARD on the bank of the river Vltava is the only sandbeach in Prague and for anglers the river offers the possibility to fish.
