We offer booking of tickets for theatre performances, concerts and other cultural events on-line which you can pay for with your bank card (Visa, MasterCard). Since its introduction, this service has gained great popularity. We have now introduced a further enhancement – upon request, you can have tickets delivered to your hotel in Prague or pick them up in our office in the city centre.

The procedure is simple - choose performance date, indicate number of tickets, and fill in your details and contact information. The last step to complete the order successfully is submitting your bank card details. We use the EV SSL (Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer)international security protocol to protect your data against possible misuse (all information transferred over the Internet is encrypted). In order for us to process your order successfully, please check with your bank that you bank card is not protected against on-line payments. We will confirm the booking of tickets by e-mail within 24 hours after you send the order form and bankcard details.

The payment for your tickets will be credited immediately.

Cancellation terms:

If you cancel your order in a period longer than 14 days before the scheduled performance you will be charged no cancellation fee and you will receive 100% of your money back to your account (some exemptions apply, see below). If you cancel your order in a period shorter than 14 days before the scheduled performance you will be charged the full ticket price.

In case of tickets for National Theatre, Estates Theatre and State Opera it is possible to cancel the tickets in a period longer than six weeks before the scheduled performance. If you cancel the tickets in a period shorter than six weeks before the scheduled performance you will be charged the full ticket price.

In case of tickets for rock and pop concerts and some other specially marked events it is not possible to cancel the tickets that have been already ordered.

Rudolfinum is one of the most famous concert halls in Prague - it is the second most important pseudo - renaissance building after the National Theatre in Prague.
Rudolfinum is the seat of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra.
Rudolfinum was built during the years of 1876 - 1884. It has been designated as a concert hall and has excellent acoustic parameters.
